Background
Future-Shape GmbH was founded in September 2005 by Christl Lauterbach, former project manager of Infineon's Smart Textile project.
Future-Shape's main investor is Lothar Lauterbach, Managing Director of > Lauterbach GmbH.
Since January 2006, Dr. Axel Steinhage, former leader of the man-machine-interaction group at Infineon's Corporate
Research Department, has been responsible for Future-Shape's R&D activities.
Future-Shape is based in the > ARCONE Technology Center in Hoehenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, in the south-east of Munich.
